Inside the collection
Practical food for training days and busy weeks
The PDF groups its 30 meals into quick recipes that take 5–15 minutes and serve one, batch-cook dishes planned for four portions, and budget meals that serve two or more. It also includes a weekly shopping list and cost table. The examples below are title previews; full ingredients and methods stay in the book.
Quick meals
Examples include a Greek yoghurt bowl with berries, oats and walnuts (5 minutes), chilli-garlic prawn and egg fried rice (10 minutes), and smoked mackerel, new potato and watercress salad (15 minutes).
Batch cooking
Titles include harissa chicken thighs with smoky sweet potato wedges, beef and black bean chilli with rice, and Greek chicken traybake with orzo.
Budget-minded
Ten recipes serve two or more. The PDF includes a shopping list and cost table; listed costs are estimates and can change with ingredients and local prices.
Protein and cost figures in the book are estimates per serving, not guarantees. Check current ingredient labels and prices, and adapt portions to your own needs.
